4a BDSG besagt, dass die Erhebung und Nutzung von
personenbezogenen Daten nur dann erlaubt ist, wenn entweder
eine klare Rechtsgrundlage gegeben ist oder wenn die
betroffene Person ausdrücklich ihre Zustimmung zur Erhebung
und Nutzung der Daten gegeben hat. Data Protection Act(BDSG): § 4a BDSG states that the collection and use of personal Data is only allowed if either a clear legal basis is given or if the data subject expressly gives her consent to collect and use the data.
