BIOGRAPHY

Joseph-Walter Hermann becomes at the 16. April of 1948 into [Nenderoth] ([Westerwald]) bears. He spends here the first five Lebensjahre.1953 move of the family to [Herborn] (Lahn-dill-circle). Visit of the [Volks-] and modern secondary school, commencement of a teaching, first artistic Arbeiten.1966 studies at the factory-art-school and college for formation in open-brook at the Main until 1971 with Hans [Schmincke], [Kurt Steinel] and [Eberhard Behr], lives in open-brook and [Herborn].

1969 equipment of the first own lithograph-workshop in [Herborn].

1969/ 70 A [Mäzen] enables a [mehrtägigen] stay on the [ostfriesischen] isle [Baltrum]. Then the fifth-hasty cycle [Baltrum] originates.

[Daberkow] in Frankfurt at the Main.

1980 The Frankfurter art-cabinet [Hanna Bekker] of the [Rath] represents Hermann's [CEuvre] on the [Kunstmarkt.Die] color-lithograph For [Hanna Bekker] of the [Rath] becomes in the showing» [Expressionism and its Legacy]- German Assistant type [from] 1905 [to the Present]« gezeigt.1984 For the color-lithograph Central of 1983 Hermann with the International Sene-field-Er-price is priced.

1986 on request of professor William weaver originates the color-lithograph mask-drift ([Fasnet] I) for the union [Pfälzer] art-friends. [Henner Kätelhön], [Wamel], prints this edition, it begins now a fertile cooperation.

The [großformatige] fifth-hasty cycle [Mahnzeichen] originates in cooperation with [Kätelhön] in [Wamel].

1987 The artist is member of the jury to the International Senefelder-price of 1987.1989 In the framework of a [dreiwöchigen] work-stipend of the [WestHyp] bank, Dortmund, for the workshops [Kätelhön] originates in narrow cooperation with [Henner Kätelhön] of four big-for-matige [Farb-] and Schwarz-Weiß-lithograph-N.Einrichtung a studio with a publication-place for the Lahn-dill-circle;
